Yes. All our shipping is free, because we like to keep things simple.

Who designs your artwork?

We do! We have in-house designers that have a massive creative itch. Every graphic we create is inspired by the vibrant tapestry of people, forests and beaches that surround us in Newcastle, NSW, Australia.

Do you deliver worldwide?

No, sorry, we currently only deliver within Australia. But we intend to widen our distribution, so please keep us in mind for future purchases. And feel free to contact is via [email protected] to let us know where you are, which will help us know where to expand to!

My delivery has not arrived, where is it?

All our products are made to order within Australia, and delivered for free across Australia using standard Australia Post. If you have not received your order 10 days after the shipping date, please contact our customer support team and we will try to help.

My product has arrived damaged, what do I do?

We are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns policy, which will give you all the information you need.

How do I return my purchase?

If you have a faulty product please contact us via email [email protected] with your order number, a reason for your return and supporting photographs. Regrettably we cannot offer refunds for 'change of mind' purchases.

Are returns free?

The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We encourage you to review our full returns policy for more detailed information.

My phone model is not in the list. Will the other phone model case fit?

Our phone cases are specific to a phone type/model so that they fit the dimensions, button placements, camera cutouts and other specific features of that particular phone model. If we do not display your phone model please contact us via [email protected] and let us know the phone type/model you need and we will try to help.
